We are a family-based practice... |
We welcome patients of all ages in our practice. In fact, our practice has many multi-generation families – some of whom started coming as young children themselves and now bring their children to visit us!
New patients can read this new_patient_info_sheet.pdf about our practice to see if we are a good fit for you. If after reading about us, you are interested in making an appointment, you can click on the "Contact us" button below to set up an appointment. Your initial visit will be approximately 60 minutes long. We feel that with a longer initial appointment, you will be assured that you have the time to chat with the dentist about any concerns you have, and to ask any questions. So often in other areas of our health care system we are “whisked in and out” before we even have time to think of why we are there! It is ultimately important to us that we have enough time to gather the information needed for you to make decisions about your care. At the end of your initial appointment with us, you will be provided with a treatment plan – basically a list of what treatment we feel would benefit you. We will also provide you with an outline of the cost of the treatments as well as the amount of time that each treatment will take. This will allow for you to plan for the appointments required. We also encourage all our patients to schedule regular dental cleanings with one of our Registered Dental Hygienists. By thinking about your care in a proactive, preventative manner, we can catch problems before they cause complications or pain! |
Appointments |
Appointment times are reserved for your care and we ask that you respect the time that has been scheduled for you. We require 24 hour notice to reschedule your appointment; a fee may be charged for those appointments that are missed or cancelled without 24 hour notice.
In turn, we will always do our best to respect your time. However, occasionally we may run into unforeseen circumstances which cause us to keep you waiting. We will always do our best to let you know if this is the case. |
Fees |
We require payment for services from you on the day of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, VISA, and Mastercard.
If you have dental insurance we can send your claim forms directly from our computer system to your insurance company. You will usually receive your re-imbursement from them within a few days of the forms being sent. |
