We are slowly getting back to a new sense of normal. However, COVID has changed many things in health care and we are constantly balancing the health and safety of our patients and team with the realities of the "new world" around us!
Many of the new patient protocols that were part of our daily routines have eased somewhat. However, there are some changes that were adopted that will stay for good because they help to keep everyone safe!

Our Waiting RoomOur front door will remain closed but it is now kept unlocked so you can come right into the waiting room when you arrive. The only time you may find the door locked is when we are having a staff meeting and there is no one at the front desk. Please note - we do have a meeting every morning from
8:45 -9:00am. |
MasksNS Provincial Dental Board regulations no longer require that patients wear a mask to the clinic. Our clinical staff will continue to wear masks when interacting with patients, however the front desk staff are no longer required to wear masks. If you are wary of this, please feel free to wear your own mask to the office.

Cold/Flu SymptomsIf you have any active flu/cold symptoms (new or worsening congestion, cough, sore throat, fever) that are not allergy-related, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive at your scheduled appointment with these symptoms we will reschedule you. Please call the clinic to make arrangements for this.
