What is "SMILES for CHANGE"?
Like for so many businesses and health care providers, the COVID-19 pandemic has been an unprecedented challenge. It has made our day-to-day work environment sometimes feel less joy-filled. The realities of decreased capacity and increased costs mean that for the last few years we had to focus on “keeping the lights on” and less on the community work we loved doing.
As we learn to live with the changes this has brought to our world, we have decided to

On one Wednesday of the month, we make “Smiles for Change”.
We donate a percentage of the day’s revenue to a charity, which is chosen by one of our team members. Each time a new team member chooses a new charity, support continues to grow.
We are proud to have donated over $15,000 to our "Smiles for Change" charities since 2022!
